How long does the carpet cleaning process take?

The length of your carpet cleaning is determined by the size of your home or office, the number of areas of carpet being cleaned, and the condition of the carpet. Most carpet cleaning takes between 2 and 4 hours.

Can I be in the home while you are cleaning?

It is not necessary for you to leave the home while we are cleaning. You are welcome to stay as long as you like.

How long does it take for my carpet to dry?

Most carpets will dry within 6 to 12 hours of cleaning. Depending on the air circulation and humidity in your home, it can take a little longer to dry. If you are leaving your home within 12 hours of your cleaning, we recommend that you leave your windows open or the air conditioner on.

Can I get a price quote over the phone?

Yes. We can usually provide a price quote over the phone. However, some jobs are so unique that we need to see the job in person to provide a more accurate estimate.

Will I have to move my furniture?

You do not need to move any furnishings. We will move any furniture that we can safely move. We will also put furniture back in its place when we are done.

How long does my carpet guarantee last?

Our carpet guarantee lasts for 30 days.

Do I need to vacuum before you clean?

You do not need to vacuum before we clean. We will vacuum your carpet when we get there.

How much does it cost?

The cost of your carpet cleaning will depend on the size of your home or office, the number of areas of carpet being cleaned, and the condition of the carpet. We will provide you with an accurate estimate prior to starting the job.
